After spending two years at FC Metz, the Luxembourger signed yesterday with Standard de Liège.
It's official: Laurent Jans is leaving FC Metz. An agreement has been reached between the Moselle club and Standard de Liège for the transfer of the Luxembourger.
The 28-year-old player had the opportunity to participate in FC Metz' conquest of the Ligue 2 title before being loaned to SC Paderborn in Germany. He spent two seasons under contract at FC Metz.
The captain of the Luxembourg national team is therefore about to take up a new challenge. After having played in Ligue 2 and the Bundesliga, he will now play in the Jupiler Pro League.
