As these exceptional circumstances require efforts from all parties to mobilise, the Cloche d’Or shopping centre has deployed an optimal system in order to guarantee safety purchases for its customers.
This system will allow us to guarantee attendance conforming to the authorised threshold, thus allowing us to regulate the centre quickly and efficiently. Customers will follow special signage (a red/green traffic light system) at all entrances to the shopping centre.
The number of security guards has been doubled, while hosts will be available to greet customers, remind them of safety instructions, direct them around the shopping centre and answer any practical questions.
The Cloche d’Or shopping centre has extra-large spaces at its disposal, with ceiling heights of up to 13 metres. All furniture has been removed in the main thoroughfare in favour of wide and airy circulation. The end-of-year festive entertainment has been removed, although it was greatly reduced in October. Families with children may be reassured that St Nicolas and Father Christmas are still thinking of them.
In addition to air fresheners in small spaces, as well as continuous fresh air circulation throughout the shopping centre, the permanent disinfection and cleaning protocols follow a precise process. “A cleaning team is entirely dedicated to the disinfection of handrails,” explains Raphaël Bouchet, director of the shopping centre.
In order to avoid overcrowding, the Cloche d’Or shopping centre is open on Sundays.
In response to the mandatory mask rule, food and drink may no longer be consumed inside the shopping centre. Most restaurants now offer takeaway and delivery services in partnership with Wedely.com

The shopping centre has made a number of new services available to customers, including home delivery. For those looking for Christmas gifts in a rush, Cloche d’Or shopping centre gift cards will be available from 15 December, valid for 2 years. They can be purchased directly at the Concierge Point on level 0.
