When people think of the Upper Sûre Nature Park, they immediately picture the reservoir lake – the heart of Luxembourg’s national drinking water supply. But the region is also home to the “vum Séi” producers, which combine quality with environmental protection.
The herbal tea factory is located in Schleif, near Winseler. For over 30 years, more than 40 varieties of teas and aromatic herbs have been produced there.
The Téi vum Séi range is available in many shops across the country.
In Noertrange, near Wiltz, Bléi vum Séi produces soaps, creams, oils, and candies made from natural ingredients.
In recent years, the company has also added solid shampoo to its product line.
Products can be ordered via their online shop: bvs.lu.
Farmers from the Nature Park have joined forces under the name Käre vum Séi. They produce wheat, spelt, and rye according to strict water protection standards.
The Käre vum Séi flour is used exclusively by the bakery Jos & Jean-Marie to create Gebäck vum Séi products. Bread and, among other things, small pastries made from this flour are available in all Jos & Jean-Marie bakery branches throughout the country.
In the old cloth factory of Esch-sur-Sûre, blankets, scarves, bags, and many other wool-based items are still made today on the original looms. The range is regularly expanded with new items such as tablet sleeves or beautiful upcycled pens made from fabric scraps.
Duch vum Séi products are sold exclusively at the Nature Park Shop in Esch-sur-Sûre (15, rue de Lultzhausen).
Every vum Séi product stands for respect for nature, appreciation of craftsmanship, and responsibility toward the region. By purchasing these products, you support sustainable agriculture and the local economy.
