From 30 January to 2 February 2020, the Vignerons Indépendants de Nouvelle-Aquitaine will be presenting their wines to their faithful clientele in Luxembourg at Luxexpo the Box during the 15th edition of their Wine Show.

In the heart of the Kirchberg plateau, the show offers great opportunities for both visitors and winegrowers.

The event is open to the general public, welcoming both wine enthusiasts and members of the wine trade. A superb occasion to sample and appreciate the diversity of the terroirs and appellations in the Bordeaux and Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.

Passionate commitment
Four days to explore and taste the wines made by these passionate winegrowers. A passion that they also devote to preserving the unique character of their vineyards and terroirs. The show includes a wide range of organic wines and wines from properties with High Environmental Value certification.

Tasting during the show
During the show, visitors will be able to taste recent vintages: 2016, 2017 and 2018. These vintages produced relatively low volumes, but they all benefited from excellent weather conditions, resulting in good concentration and perfectly ripened, healthy grapes, especially for the red wines. While the wines tend to have alcohol contents on the high side, this ensures optimal quality for fine wines that will continue to improve with age for many more years.

“After work” evening
The show will be staying open late on Thursday 30 January, with food available from 6pm, offering a great opportunity to relax after work. A cultural and gastronomic experience, the show offers a convivial environment for meeting friends and/or colleagues for an enjoyable evening discovering wines accompanied by delicious food.

Each visitor will be given a tasting glass, and stands will be offering regional products, such as foie gras from Perigord, goat, sheep and cow’s milk cheeses from the Pyrenees, hams and artisanal savoury and sweet biscuits. Visitors will also have the option of dining in the restaurant.
