
Organised for the first time in 2016, the A CAPE'lla festival showcases the art of a cappella singing in all its diversity, from beatboxing to classical to pop a capella. The festival is organised by CAPE in partnership with the City of Diekirch and the Institut Européen de Chant Choral (INECC).

SINGER PUR (DE)
Singer Pur’s repertoire includes anything performable by voices; from medieval times to the avant-garde, from Sting to German Advent Songs is nothing safe from the multi-award winning collective.

THE SWINGLES (UK)
These London-based five-time Grammy winners are recognized as masters of their craft and will pitch audacious harmonies, smooth beatboxing and truly innovative cover versions of pop, jazz, folk, contemporary classical and new original songs.

VOIX CLAIRES (DE)
Emerging out of the former Youth chamber choir of the schola cantorum weimar, these four young women present timeless songs about secret love, being a bird and japanese sushi.

LUXEMBOURG JAZZ VOICES (LU)
An exciting jazz vocal group, initiated by the INECC Luxembourg, exploring the world of swing, bossa-nova and groovy rhythms.
THE SINGLE SINGERS (INT)
A temporary vocal group especially assembled for this festival with individual passionate singers from around the world brought together by a community platform (if you want to participle, please contact info@thesinglesingers.com )

JUKEVOX (BE)
This human 50s style jukebox takes us on a peppy ride through the last decades of pop music by covering and rearranging songs of all styles.
THE BEATBOX COLLECTIVE (UK)
Expect the unexpected from these World Beatbox Champions! Featuring a team of the UK's top vocal artists, this is a show of mind-blowing sound, energy and beats.

TRIO MEDIAEVAL (NO)
Three Scandinavian women whose singing created a synthesis of sound and atmosphere offer a collection of polyphony from the medieval to the modern.

LES JEUNES QUI CHANTENT DU CMNORD (LU)
This group is part of the choir school of the local music conservatory in Ettelbruck & Diekirch and consists of young singing talents aged 16 years and older.
THE REAL GROUP (SE)
With more than 30 years of experience and their unique musical expression located between jazz, pop and Northern European choral music, this Swedish group is considered one of the leading forces in the world of vocal music.

From 1-2 February 2020, the INECC will also be organising A CAPE'lla classes featuring Linda Jesse & Merel Martens, The Swingles & The Real Group with different levels for teachers, choir leaders and amateur singers.

Tickets for the concerts are available for every concert or for the whole festival which is €70 for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or €100 for the full festival (from Thursday to Sunday). Visitors under the age of 26 pay the half price.
