At around 1pm, a car caught fire between Doncols and Schleif. The fire brigade from Winseler and Wiltz managed to get the blaze under control.

At 3.30pm, a car crashed into a wall on Rue du Fort Neipperg in Luxembourg City. An ambulance and a fire brigade from Luxembourg City were at the scene.

Shortly after 4.30pm on Rue Beaumont in Luxembourg City, an advent wreath caught fire and had to be extinguished.

No injuries were reported in any of the cases.
