When the police officers controlled the motorist, they identified that the driver was actually banned from driving, in addition to the vehicle missing insurance. The vehicle was subsequently confiscated on orders of the public prosecutor’s office.

During the stop, the police noticed the smell of cannabis exuding from the vehicle, leading them to check the driver and the front-seat passenger. The passenger was in possession of cannabis, pepper spray, and drug utensils. A joint was also found among their possessions. The police then compiled a report of the occurrences.
