Justice authorities and police data banksValentin Fürst warns people not to be fooled

RTL Today
The man who was confronted with personal information during his interview makes a statement on Facebook.

One day after the Public Prosecutor's Office issued a statement on Saturday, Fürst posted a reaction on Facebook.

As a reminder: the Public Prosecutor accused Fürst of dishonesty when he failed to mention his previous involvement with the law.

Fürst emphasised once again: he had never been able to give any explanations to a judge as concerns the minor incidents he had become embroiled in, as everything had been "classified". What of innocent until proven guilty? he asked.

Going beyond simple contradictions, Fürst accused the Public Prosecutor's Office for outright lies and even manipulation. He demanded to know: if it was impossible to use a citizen's name in a databank search, how did the prosecutor access his personal information in the first place?

Finally, Fürst promised that he would continue in his fight for justice.
