Police were called to a woman's home in Luxembourg City's Gare district on Friday following reports that a man had damaged her garage door. Multiple officers were dispatched to the scene to handle what would become a high-risk situation.
Upon arrival, officers quickly located the suspect and attempted to detain him. The man became increasingly aggressive and had to be forcibly restrained.
During the altercation, he managed to bite one of the police officers on the forearm. Even after being placed in the police van, the suspect continued to act out before eventually calming down at the police station.
A report was filed against the suspect, and the injured officer was taken to hospital for a medical examination.
