
Two people were injured on the roads of Luxembourg on Friday night. Emergency services confirmed an accident on the RN27 between Goebelsmühle et Dirbach at around 6.30pm.
A car veered off the road into a ditch, the circumstances preceding the accident are still unknown. One person was injured.
Two fire brigade vehicles and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
Shortly before 11pm, a pedestrian was struck by a car in Bonnevoie. One person was injured, aided by paramedics and the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS).
Then, shortly after midnight, a fire erupted on a balcony in Diekirch, in rue Olinger. No one was injured during the incident. Nordstad and Ingeldorf fire fighters came to the rescue.
