Emergency services were called out to the property on Route de Colmar Berg at around 5.15pm on Monday after a fire broke out in an empty barn.
According to the police report, fire fighters arrived on the scene to find the building in flames, with masses of smoke. Two people were hospitalised with suspected smoke inhalation as a result
The Route de Colmar Berg was shut to traffic following the incident. Drivers were advised to take alternative routes while the fire was dealt with.
