Luxembourg actor Tommy Schlesser has been appointed as the new Télévie coordinator, taking over from long-time coordinator Diane Wunsch. Best known for his roles in Luxembourg and international films and TV series, Schlesser has been involved with Télévie since 2013, regularly volunteering at the donation hotline.
In his new role, he will coordinate Télévie events throughout the year, leading up to the 2027 Télévie finale on 17 April 2027, while continuing his acting career.
"Télévie is a cause that is very close to my heart. I look forward to dedicating my energy to helping raise as much funding as possible for cancer and leukemia research together with our volunteers and partners", Schlesser said.
The Fondation Kiwanis, which organises Télévie together with RTL, also announced that Aurore Dulieu will strengthen the team by taking on administrative responsibilities, reflecting the continued growth of the initiative.
