On Monday afternoon a young man was sentenced in court for hitting a cyclist with his van. He received a driving ban of three months with suspension, as well as a fine.

The accident happened in Luxembourg City in April 2018. The defendant was accused of not paying sufficient attention at the time of the incident. He was sentenced to pay a fine of €600 and received a three month driving ban with suspended sentence.
