Police officers located the perpetrator under a motorway bridge and took him into custody. The man was accused of having stolen a purse from a hotel in Perl, Germany. The stolen item was retrieved during a search of the man’s belongings.
The public prosecutor’s office ordered the man be taken to a detention centre.
