Over the past week, several incidents of break-ins of parked vehicles have occurred in various locations across the country.

On Wednesday morning, a car window was smashed on Rue Nicolas Victor Colbert in Lorentzweiler, while in Diekirch, a car owner interrupted a thief in the act of ransacking their vehicle, prompting the culprit to hastily flee the scene.

Incidents involving smashed car windows and thefts from vehicles were also reported on Rue des Noyers and Rue Irbicht in Bereldange, as well as on Rue Weneclas in the Gare district of Luxembourg City, where cigarettes were stolen from inside a car.

On Wednesday night, two parked vehicles on Rue de Helmdange in Helmdange were broken into. Additionally, an unidentified individual made off with a backpack and headphones from a vehicle parked on Rue du Fort Neipperg in the Gare district of Luxembourg City.
