Acting on the orders of the public prosecutors' offices concerned, a coordinated check was carried out to ensure that legislation on the Register of Beneficial Owners was being complied with.

During the operation, the authorities issued reports against 73 entities.

• In 55 cases, the annual accounts had not been published within the legal deadlines.
• In 22 cases, there was a problem with the establishment authorisation.
• In 23 cases, the information filed on the RBE was inaccurate or incomplete.

In total, 50 members of the police force from four regions were deployed, alongside magistrates from the two public prosecutors' offices. The relevant ministries and administrations were also involved.
