Carnival season is upon us and this year nobody is gonna rain on our parades. There will still be some clouds, but I told them to behave, so we should be good to go out and have some fun in the early March sun. The Cavalcade is gearing up to be quite nice this year!
Better think twice about going out all Brazil-style, though: it’s gonna be cold, with a slight breeze on top.
Minimum temperature will start around -2 to 0°C, while afternoon temps should max out around 6–8°C. So yeah, I’d leave the thong and tassels home if I were you.
