Friday 29 March marks a new phase in the transformation of the Aldringen in Luxembourg City: the official completion of the structural works of the Royal Hamilius site.
The next step will be the finishing touches and furnishing of the buildings. The complex is expected to open its doors towards the end of 2019.
As well as offering 7,000 square metres of housing, the complex will feature 16,000 square metres of commercial surfaces and 10,000 square metres dedicated to office buildings. There are three separate residential buildings: Royal-Monterey, Royal-Hamilius, and Royal-Aldringen.
The smallest individual units will be 36 square metre studios. On the other side of the scale, penthouses will have 257 square metres of space. The starting price per square metre is €10,500.
On the shopping end, there will the Galeries Layfayette department store, Fnac, and a Delhaize supermarket.
