The incident occurred near a petrol station on the road and in the middle of rush hour, causing solid traffic jams. Initial information suggests the lorry driver was forced to make an emergency stop after the car in front braked abruptly on two occasions.
The impact of braking suddenly caused several logs to slide off the lorry's trailer and consequently block the road. This occurred despite the logs being secured appropriately. It took some time for the logs to be cleared, during which no cars were able to access the petrol station. The road was cleared at 9.15 am.
There were no injuries in the incident.
