A minor collision in Kirchberg before midnight on Tuesday led to a chain of problems for one driver. According to the respective police report, officers at the scene had to call for reinforcements as one of the motorists involved in the collision was found to be heavily intoxicated. It transpired this was not his first offence, resulting in the confiscation of his driver’s licence. His car was also seized by the authorities.
