To keep children away from the treacherous waters of the Attert, the legend of the ‘Kropemann’ has thrilled generations of Luxembourg children. On Sunday, 28 September, the ominous figure was at the centre of the famous ‘Kropemannsfest’ in Redange-sur-Attert.
