However, according to a response to a parliamentary question submitted by Pirate Party MP Sven Clement, the installation ultimately ended up causing no severe disruption to flights in and out of Findel.

Minister for Mobility François Bausch confirmed that no flights had to be cancelled following the radar software installation and testing phase. The first installation works took place over the Pentecost weekend. Over the weekend, there were 95 flight delays, but the majority experienced delays of only fifteen minutes or under. Only two flights were delayed by more than an hour.
