Beware the potential of freezing fog as the new week dawns, as the weather warning will remain in place until 10am. While the fog will clear up and conditions will be dry to start with, from the afternoon onwards snow showers will move in from the northwest again, with a risk of ice. The cold temperatures will also result in persistent frost throughout the day.
Temperatures will start off very cold at -8 to -6°C in the morning, rising to a maximum of -2°C in the afternoon.
