At least 3.93 billion doses have been injected around the world, according to a recent count done by the stats site ‘Our World in Data’ and drawing from official sources. The European Union confirmed Tuesday that 70 percent of European adults had received at least one dose of an anti-Covid vaccine.
The ranking only counts full vaccination (two doses for most vaccines or one dose for the Janssen vaccine, for instance).

These numbers are influenced by various factors, such as the delivery of vaccines by pharmaceutical companies, the priorities of the different governments or the number of total inhabitants.
The ranking shows the percentage of vaccine coverage of the entire population of each country (the number of people vaccinated against the total population of the country). People who have received a single dose are not counted.
