Food recall alertLotus 'Gaufres' and 'Favourite Moments' may contain plastic
The Luxembourg's Food Safety Unit has issued an orange alert and a formal product recall.
Consumers are advised to be cautious as plastic may be present in certain Lotus brand products sold in multiple stores across the country.
Affected Products:
- Lotus waffles: plain, sugar pearl, milk chocolate, and chocolate Liège varieties (various types and weights)
- ‘Favourite Moments’ box set: 21 pieces, 704 g

Customers who have purchased any of these products are strongly advised not to consume them. Products can be returned to the point of sale for a full refund.
