Both drivers attracted the attention of the authorities, one on Rue du Moulin in Schifflange and the other between Heinerscheid and Weiswampach. Consequent checks identified excessive alcohol consumption as the reason for the erratic driving, and the licences were revoked.
One or more perpetrator(s) broke into a petrol station on Avenue de la Liberté in Niederkorn, stealing, amongst other things, cigarettes.
