Bofferding presented the guidelines for a new regulation concerning tiny houses and other light residential constructions to the Union of Cities and Municipalities in Luxembourg. During the meeting, both sides agreed any new regulations in this area would need to pay attention to the potential effects on the standard of living. Any potential for abuse should be identified and prevented outright. The new e-MINT system, with which the Ministry of the Interior wants to simplify communication between municipalities and administrations, was also included on Thursday’s agenda.
