The call came in around 4.20pm. The fire on rue des Acacias was attended by the teams from Lintgen and Mersch, as well as an ambulance from the Nordstad.
Elsewhere, a crash involving a car and a lorry in Bertrange on rue du Puits Romain injured one, while in Esch-sur-Alzette a child was hit by a driver on rue Zenon Bernard and also injuerd.
