Prosper Klein has passed away on Friday at the age of 78. Following a distinguished career at the Luxembourg District Court, he retired in 2015.
As an examining magistrate and later as a trial judge, he dealt with some of the country’s most high-profile cases, including the Bommeleeër affair, the Luxair flight crash and the Wasserbillig hostage crisis.
