
Personnel from the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to four separate incidents across the country on Sunday.
The first call came at 11.14am, when the local fire brigade extinguished a chimney fire on Rue de la Cité in Remich. No injuries were reported.
Shortly after 1.30pm, emergency teams from the Sanem-Differdange intervention centre responded to a two-vehicle collision on the CR176 in Rodange. Three people were injured in the accident.
Later in the afternoon, shortly after 3pm, rescue workers from four communes were dispatched to Ehlange after an Advent wreath caught fire on Rue du Centre. No one was injured.
Around the same time, firefighters from Luxembourg City and Hesperange attended a house fire on Rue Sainte Catherine in Hamm, which also resulted in no injuries.
