As announced by Belgian firm Telenet, Post will sell its shares in Eltrona to Telenet. Until now, Post held 34% of shares, but once the sale is complete, Telenetwill hold 50% -1 of shares and Eltrona will hold 50% +1.
The step will allow Eltrona to establish itself in the complete Luxembourgish market.
SFR-Coditel will disappear as a brand name in Luxembourg once the merger and changes are complete. This will occur by 30 June at the latest. Current Eltrona and SFR-Coditel clients will be able to benefit from a singular and wide-spread telecommunications offer, the press release detailed.
SFR-Coditel clients will receive further information in the near future.
