At around 2am last night a driver hit a parked car on Route de Luxembourg in Dudelange.

According to a statement from the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps on Friday morning, one person was injured.

Another person was injured in a kitchen fire on Thursday evening in Rue Engelbert Neveu in Hamm.

Around 10.40pm a truck caught fire between Remich and Bech-Kleinmacher. No one was hurt.

Just after 7.30pm on Thursday evening, a fireplace fire got out of control in Hovelange. At around the same time, some refuse was burning in a garage on Rue Barbourg in Esch-sur-Alzette, as did some hedges on a farm in Scheidgen.
