Update – Now extinguishedCar on fire in Markusberg Tunnel on A13, closed towards Petange
On the A13 in the southeast of the country, there was a car on fire in the Markusberg tunnel, traffic was closed in both directions, now only towards Petange.
At around 12.40pm the Markusberg Tunnel was shut in both directions due to a car that caught fire inside the tunnel. There were traffic jams forming in both directions. Cars were seen reversing out of traffic on the motorway.
