A public statement was released on Saturday morning.

The ACSP is unable to shake the impression that the public service union was allowing a fierce bashing on behalf of the SPFP (Union of Public Forces) , SPAL (Professional Union of the Army) and SNPGL (Union of Police).

The administration and groups were being publicly insulted and painted as incompetent.

The spotlight of criticism shines on Pascal Ricquier, president of the public forces and police unions.

The statement also revealed instances of threats made to police union committee members, through which routine operations were made impossible. Other accusations include tampering with overtime statistics, the Public Force and Police unions crossing "red lines" and a lack of responsiveness on the behalf of Union of Public Services (CGFP).

The ASCP committee has said: "The image that the SNPGL is painting of the police is the absolute opposite of what is really happening, and it begs the question how many of their members they really represent!... The SNPGL and SPFP have clearly crossed lines and the current atmosphere of threats, insults and lies can no longer be tolerated!"
