Raiffeisen has announced an expansion of its digital services, just ahead of its 100th anniversary.
Among the key updates unveiled on Tuesday is the launch of Apple Pay. As of 9 December, customers will be able to make in-store payments using their iPhones. The bank also plans to roll out a redesigned website and a refreshed online banking interface.
Raiffeisen stressed, however, that despite this digital push, the bank remains committed to its local branch network in order to stay “close to [...] customers.”
