
A full closure of the A3 motorway in both directions is scheduled for this weekend to facilitate ongoing widening works, according to the National Roads Authority.
The closure will affect the section between Croix de Gasperich and Croix de Bettembourg. It will begin on the evening of Friday, 24 October, and last until 4am on Monday, 27 October.
Starting 8pm, Friday:
The A3 motorway towards Luxembourg City will be closed between Croix de Bettembourg and Croix de Gasperich. Concurrently, the following slip roads will close:
Starting 9.30pm, Friday:
The A3 motorway towards France will close between the Gluck roundabout and Croix de Bettembourg. The following slip roads will also close:

The National Roads Authority has warned that “traffic disruption is expected in the late afternoon” on Friday due to preparatory work. The A3 is scheduled to fully reopen by 4am on Monday, 27 October.
