A lactose-free Nestlé infant formula sold in Luxembourg has been recalled over fears it could be contaminated with bacteria, posing a potential risk to consumers.

The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) has issued an orange alert and ordered a recall of the Nestlé infant formula "NAN EXPERT PRO sans lactose" due to the potential presence of harmful bacteria.

According to ALVA, the bacteria could pose a potential risk to consumers.
