Emergency services were called to three separate incidents across Luxembourg on Wednesday morning, including a flat fire and two multi-vehicle collisions.

On Wednesday morning, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to three separate incidents.

Shortly after 5am, a fire broke out in a flat on Rue du Canal in Esch-sur-Alzette. The blaze caused material damage, but no injuries were reported. Firefighters from Esch, Kayl, and Schifflange extinguished the fire, while paramedics from Esch were also on the scene.

At around 6.38am, a collision involving three cars occurred on the A4 motorway near Lankelz-Lallange in the direction of Luxembourg City. Four people were injured and received treatment from paramedics from Esch, Luxembourg City, and Sanem-Differdange. Firefighters from Kayl, Mondercange, and Schifflange also attended the scene.

At approximately 9.29am, two cars collided on the RN07 between Roost and Mersch. Two people were injured. Emergency personnel from Bissen and Mersch were despatched to the scene.
