In the early hours of Monday morning, at around 2.15am, firefighters from Mersch were called to Rue de Luxembourg in Rollingen after a car caught fire.

No further details were provided in the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) report.

The incident follows another series of vehicle fires over the weekend, when several cars burned near the Belval-Rédange train station and another in Esch-sur-Sûre.
