Between 14 October and 21 November, Luxembourg's tax administration (ACD) will be touring five shopping centres across the country as part of its awareness campaign "ACD on Tour: You ask, we answer".
The initiative aims to make tax services more accessible and to encourage taxpayers to use the administration's digital tools, according to an ACD press release.
The campaign follows the success of the first edition and will make stops in Weiswampach, Mertert, Esch-Belval, Luxembourg City, and Bertrange. Staff from the ACD will be available at each location to answer questions and guide citizens through the process of filing their tax returns electronically via MyGuichet.lu.
This second edition of ACD on Tour also introduces three new services: a Helpline dedicated to helping taxpayers use the electronic assistant on MyGuichet.lu, an English version of the platform, and a tutorial in Luxembourgish that explains each step of the online filing process.
The ACD stated that the Helpline, reachable on (+352) 247 53000 from Monday to Friday between 7.45am and 5pm, was created to guide taxpayers through technical or procedural questions, helping them avoid common errors when completing form 100 online. The tutorial videos are available on 123easy.lu, Guichet.lu, and the ACD's official YouTube channel.
In addition to these digital tools, the campaign will present the new pre-filled tax return system and highlight current job opportunities within the ACD. More information can be found on acd.lu and 123easy.lu.
