Luxembourg police have reported a series of incidents in their latest bulletin, including a stabbing in Differdange, a violation of a restraining order in Vichten, and a spate of vehicle break-ins.
The first incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Differdange, where a person was discovered with stab wounds on Rue Emile Mark. Emergency services provided treatment at the scene before transporting the victim to a hospital. While an immediate manhunt for the culprit was launched, the search proved unsuccessful. An investigation into the assault is ongoing.
In a separate case in Vichten, police arrested a man for violating a restraining order by being in the vicinity of his ex-girlfriend's home. The suspect was presented to an examining magistrate on Wednesday morning.
Additionally, police are investigating several thefts from vehicles. The incidents, which involved items stolen from inside cars, were reported in areas including Limpertsberg and Dudelange.
