On Wednesday, the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS) opened a new medical imaging service at their Cloche d’Or site in Luxembourg City.
This step is part of a wider strategy to strengthen healthcare provision in the interests of patients while decentralising services, according to a press release by HRS. The new facilities include an MRI scanner, mammography unit, standard X-ray equipment, and a CT scanner, along with the necessary consultation and administrative spaces, covering a total surface area of around 900 square metres.
The radiology centre is located on the first floor of the HRS Cloche d’Or site. The second floor is set to be used in the near future for outpatient services, while the third floor already houses the group's health centre.
This health centre, operated by the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman Foundation, offers personalised programmes, nutritional advice, and tailored care plans. Its goal is to promote disease prevention, maintain health, and improve quality of life.
Why Cloche d’Or?
The district has become known for its dynamic growth, with high-quality housing, office buildings, and shopping centres. In recent years, it has been extensively developed to meet the needs of a growing population and economy. The Cloche d’Or benefits from close motorway access and strong public transport links, including bus routes.
The area also offers modern infrastructure, shopping opportunities, restaurants, and leisure facilities. It is a popular location for families, professionals, and investors. According to the press release by HRS, the district will continue to expand with new building projects and innovations.
