At around 2.30pm on Sunday, RTL received reports of a fire truck stationed in front of the lower entrance to the Panoramic Lift in Pfaffenthal.

According to the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), a technical malfunction left two people trapped inside the lift. Firefighters were able to free both individuals safely, and no injuries were reported.

Technicians are now assessing the situation and working to determine the cause of the malfunction.
