Several vehicle break-ins were reported across Luxembourg throughout Sunday afternoon and night.
On Sunday afternoon in Esch-sur-Alzette, a break-in occurred on Rue de la Fontaine. The perpetrator stole, among other items, an iPad from the vehicle.
Later, during Sunday night, another car was broken into on Rue de la Chapelle in Echternach. A window was smashed, and the interior of the vehicle was ransacked.
In both cases, police have launched investigations.
Authorities are once again reminding the public of preventive measures they can take to protect their vehicles against theft.
