Friday afternoon engendered multiple accidents throughout the Grand Duchy.

At 12.20pm two cars collided on the A6 motorway heading to Arlon, near Strassen and Helfenter Bréck. Two people were injured.

Then, at 12.30pm, four vehicles were involved in an accident on the A3 near Dudelange. One person was hurt.

On the Route d'Arlon in Strassen, two cars crashed into each other at 12.44pm. Only one person was injured.

The CGDIS also reported reported smoke in a building on the Grand Rue in the City. No one was injured.

Lastly, at 3.19pm in the Allée John W. Leonard in Mersch, a quad overturned, which left the driver with injuries.
