The 2024 Bazar International de Luxembourg concluded its three-day run at LuxExpo The Box on 17 November, drawing over 43,000 visitors to celebrate multiculturalism and support humanitarian causes.

The Bazar, one of Luxembourg’s largest multicultural charity event, showcased a vibrant mix of global culture, cuisine, and crafts while raising significant funds for philanthropic initiatives worldwide.

Her Royal Highness Grand Duchess Maria Teresa and Hereditary Grand Duchess Princess Stéphanie officially inaugurated the event, emphasizing its significance in Luxembourg’s cultural and charitable calendar. The royals’ presence highlighted the event’s shared values of generosity and unity, with many attendees calling it their "favourite weekend of the year" according to the organisers.

This year’s Bazar featured 62 stands representing 55 countries, transforming the venue into a bustling "global village".

Attendees enjoyed a diverse array of international foods, handmade crafts, and cultural performances, including live music and folkloric dances. The event provided a unique platform for fostering community through shared cultural experiences.
True to its mission, all proceeds from the Bazar will support education, healthcare, and community development projects locally and globally. Organizers anticipate surpassing last year’s fundraising total of €500,000, ensuring positive impacts for numerous charitable initiatives.

Entirely volunteer-driven, with over 1,000 contributors this year, the event exemplifies the strength of collective action. Its success underscores the generosity of Luxembourg’s community, whose support fuels the Bazar’s ongoing legacy of giving.

Plans are already in motion for the 2025 edition, promising even more opportunities to celebrate diversity and support global causes.
