The Luxembourg police report that two properties were targeted by burglars on Monday.

On Monday, unknown burglars broke into a block of flats in Mersch. The culprits searched every room, making off with jewellery and an unspecified amount of cash.

Another burglary was reported on Boulevard Kaltreis in Bonnevoie, where a single-family home was targeted. The culprit(s) fled with some cash.

In both cases, the forensic police were despatched to the crime scene and investigations were launched.
