A cyclist was run over in Mertert on Saturday morning.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) confirmed two accidents on Luxembourg roads that morning. The first incident occurred shortly before 8am on Rue d'Ehlerange in Mondercange and involved a car.

The second accident took place after 9am on Rue Basse in Mertert, where a cyclist was knocked down. The fire brigade and an ambulance responded to the scene.
