Starting 1 January, the National Health Fund (CNS) will no longer use individual local agency addresses, pivoting to one central address for all post.

Any mail such as invoices or reimbursements should be sent to the following simplified address:

All former addresses will be discontinued from 1 January, as all post will now be collected at the National Health Fund's new headquarters in Luxembourg City's Gare district. The CNS said the change was part of its plan to optimise its procedures, in order to improve the Fund's services and increase efficiency.

The Health Fund added that the boxes installed outside its various local agencies will remain open for customers wishing to deposit their post manually.
