Officers in central Luxembourg flagged down a vehicle at the Helfent-Bertrange motorway exit at 9.20pm on Wednesday due to a strong smell of cannabis emanating from the car. The driver admitted he had consumed the drug prior to getting behind the wheel. A search of the vehicle yielded both the drug and utensils required to consume further drugs.

Four people had their driving licences confiscated as a result.
